Jury Duty

Full-time and part-time employees summoned for jury or witness duty should notify their managers immediately. Paid time off will be granted as required with pay based on hours worked in a normal workday.

Employees are not required to endorse their check for jury or witness duty over to Enterprise. This leave is restricted to no more than 15 working days in any calendar year unless otherwise specified by law.
