3 x annual gross remuneration (Maximum £370,800 ) paid free of tax
Life Assurance premium is not a P11D taxable benefit.
Long Term Disability (LTD)

Eligibility
Level I - IV employees to age 65 who are disabled for 28 weeks
Benefit
60% of gross remuneration less any state benefits (maximum £25,000/month). Benefit is taxed under PAYE.
LTD premium is not a P11D taxable benefit.
Short-Term Disability
Eligibility
Level I - IV employees who satisfy criteria. Determined by employee category and length of service. All are not reimbursable.
Level I
Less than 2 years:
2 weeks @ 100%

2 years less than 5 years:
6 weeks @ 100%; 3 weeks @ 60%

5 or more years:
9 weeks @ 100%
Level II
Less than 2 years:
2 weeks @ 100%

2 years less than 5 years:
9 weeks @ 100%; 19 weeks @ 60%

5 or more years: 28 weeks @ 100%
Level III/IV
0+ years: 28 weeks @ 100%

Eligibility
Employees with one full year of continuous service
Cost
Cost to administer the plan is deducted from employee fund balance
Formula
A portion of world-wide net income determined at the discretion of the company is allocated to participants based on pay and length service
Investment Contributions
All annual amounts contributed to the plan by the company are used to purchase "units" in investment funds. Investment allocation is determined by the employee
Benefit
At retirement, up to 25% of account can be taken as tax-free cash. The balance buys a pension for life or joint life from an insurance company that the employee chooses.
Maximum Contribution
Combined for both employer and employee contributions

Up to £3,600 per annum (£300 per month) regardless of earnings.
Over £3,600 per annum based on age/salary related scale.

Maximum Salary for pension capped at £245,000
