German Benefits Overview

Below is a general description of the majority of benefits provided to our German employees. Please refer to your Enterprise Personnel Policies and Benefits Summary for more complete information.

Profit Sharing
A portion of world-wide net income determined at the discretion of the company is allocated to participants based on pay and length of service. You may find more details in the Enterprise Personnel Policies and Benefits Summary.

Insurances
The following three insurances will be provided for all employees under the age of 67 on the first day of the seventh month following their first day of employment. Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Accidental Death Insurance: For more information on these benefits please contact your Group Human Resources Department.

Car Benefits

Private Use Of Company Cars
Enterprise offers the option for a privately used company car to employees at the branch manager level and above.

Car Rental
Enterprise offers worldwide discounts on rental cars to all employees and their close relatives beginning with the first employment date (i.e. starts at 13 € for a small size car in Germany).

Bonus Programs

Employee Referral Program
If your employee referral leads to the employment of a fulltime employee, you will receive a bonus of 750 € and more.

Samaritan Program
Employees who provide road assistance to a customer with an "e" sticker on their car outside of work will receive a bonus of 100 €.

Employee Discounts
Through company agreements, Enterprise is able to offer employees discounts in the following business areas: communication, clothing, automobile, banking and insurance.

Our Dress for Success program helps new employees with a loan to buy professional clothing for their careers with Enterprise.

Educational Training Assistance / Language Training
Enterprise offers internal trainings for employees on a regular basis and supports full-time employees after their first anniversary with professional development in relation to their work assignments or with European language skills training.

Maternity Phase-Back Period
After returning from maternity leave or parental leave, the main upbringing parent will be offered a phase-back period with full pay.

Company Events
Enterprise supports diverse events for employees outside of work: summer party, happy hours and year end party; and sport activities.
